official terms and conditions

The Pacific Skin August Giveaway begins July 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM PST and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. Winners will be announced on September 1, 2026 via Pacific Skin's Instagram account and contacted directly.

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Must be a legal resident of the United States. 
• Must be able to receive treatment in Washington State.

Each participant may earn entries by completing the following (one entry per action)

• Follow @thepacificskin on Instagram = 1 Entry 
• Share the giveaway to your Instagram Story = 1 Entry 
• Tag 3 friends in the giveaway comments = 1 Entry 
• Leave a Google Review for Pacific Skin = 1 Entry 
• Book and complete an appointment during the month of August = 25 Entries 

Each action may only be completed once for entry credit.

Three winners will be selected to receive one of the following:

1. 20 Units of Neurotoxin + Medical Grade Skin Care (Approximate Retail Value: $375) 
2. Mini Lip Filler (Approximate Retail Value: $375) 
3. One-Month Supply of a Wellness Peptide of Pacific Skin's choice, pending medical eligibility 

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable 
• Not redeemable for cash 
• Cannot be substituted except by Pacific Skin LLC if necessary

All injectable treatments, peptide therapy, and wellness services are subject to:

• Medical consultation 
• Review of medical history 
• Provider approval 
• Good Faith Exam (when required by Washington State law) 

If a winner is determined to be medically ineligible for the prize, Pacific Skin reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal value.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

Potential winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Pacific Skin LLC may use their first name, photograph, testimonial, or treatment photos (with separate written consent where required) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Pacific Skin LLC reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility. 
• Disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries. 
• Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway due to circumstances beyond its control. 
• Refuse treatment if medically inappropriate or unsafe.
