After your initial 3-month wellness program is complete, you may choose to continue month-to-month if appropriate for your goals and treatment plan. Your progress, response to treatment, and long-term wellness goals will be reviewed with your provider to determine the best next steps. There is no obligation to continue after the initial commitment period.

After your initial 3-months, you may continue treatment with exclusive member pricing. Ongoing Semaglutide maintenance is $199/month, and Tirzepatide $249/month.

This plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure adequate time for safe dose titration, monitoring, and assessment of treatment effectiveness. Clients may discontinue treatment at any time. However, membership fees are generally non-refundable during the initial 3-month commitment period.

Exceptions may be made if treatment must be discontinued due to medication intolerance, adverse effects, pregnancy, new medical contraindications, or if your provider determines that continuing treatment is not medically appropriate. In these cases, the program may be canceled without penalty.

Any medication that has already been dispensed, shipped, or administered is non-refundable.
