Consistency matters. This program is designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and individualized care throughout your wellness journey.

After your initial 3-month wellness program is complete, you may choose to continue month-to-month if appropriate for your goals and treatment plan. Your progress, response to treatment, and long-term wellness goals will be reviewed with your provider to determine the best next steps. There is no obligation to continue after the initial commitment period.

After your initial 3-months, you may continue treatment on a month-to-month basis at standard non-member pricing OR choose to enroll in an additional 3-month program to continue receiving membership pricing.
